During National Volunteer Week (April 19–25), we celebrated the heart of Pelham Cares — our incredible volunteers.
Everything Pelham Cares accomplishes is made possible by more than 60 dedicated volunteers, along with the many individuals, organizations, and businesses who support our work.
Week after week, our volunteers show up with compassion and commitment. Whether they are sorting donations, stocking shelves, driving clients to medical appointments, serving on our Board of Directors, or helping behind the scenes, their contributions touch every part of our organization and have a meaningful impact throughout the community.
On April 24, we gathered for a Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon to recognize all of our volunteers and to honour those celebrating 5, 10, and 15 years of service.
Volunteers help make Pelham a stronger, more caring community. They ensure that our neighbours feel supported, connected, and valued. Thank you to each and every volunteer for the time, energy, and kindness you share.
